Sales/Adoption Policy

By sending a deposit for a bunny, you are agreeing to these terms even if you did not read them. 

- 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your bunny to pick up when they reach at least 8 weeks old. Exchanges are not allowed. 

- The only times a deposit can be refunded are when an injury, illness, etc happens to your bunny still in our care. 

- If you back out of the reservation, you are willingly forfeiting your deposit. 

- All bunnies are in good health and we are not responsible for any injuries, illness, or death while the bunny is in your care. 

- I accept Zelle, Cash-App, Venmo, Paypal and Cash. 

- For any reason, we can refuse service or reservation for the best of our bunnies. 

- Pick up is at 8 weeks normally. I will contact you to set up a time and date to pick up your bunny. We will not hold for any reason unless the bunny is being boarded in our care. ($25 a week) This $25 is only applicable to bunnies that haven't left our care and you need more time to pick them up. If you do not come at pick up, (and I don't hear from you) you are forfeiting your deposit and payment for the bunny. The bunny will be put back on our website. 

- You agree to always contact me before surrendering your bunny to a shelter/rescue. I will always take back my bunnies. Because of this, I will not "buy" back my bunny, and I will accept the bunny without any judgement! At our discretion of course. 

- We work with transport! We are not responsible for the bunny after the bunny leaves our care for transport. 

- Transport is at buyer's expense. Please know who is transporting your bunny. I will work with them. 

- All bunnies come with a basic care package that includes transfer food and a care sheet. (And more!)

- We do not guarantee any breeding, show qualities, colors, eye color and genders after the bunny leaves our care. Bunnies will look different as they grow. 

- After the bunny leaves our care, we will not provide a refund or replacement unless we have proof from a vet. 

- We are not responsible for incorrect care, improper diet, grooming, or neglect. Please contact me if you need help with your bunny. We are judgement free and I'm only looking out for the best of our bunnies. 

- We feed Oxbow products only. I free-feed hay and feed pellets to our rabbits. We recommend free feeding your baby hay and pellets for the first 6 months at least. Young rabbit food only. 

- All sales/adoptions are final. 

- I will board rabbits occasionally, I use enclosures that are open. No cages. I charge $5 a day, ($35 a week) for each rabbit. Please bring their food and bowls when boarding. I take lots of photos, so you will always be updated. 

- I have other animals in my house. My bunnies are used to loud noises, other animals, and going different places. 

- I do work a full time job. If you contact me, I will get back to you as soon as possible. I am usually able to text most of the day. Please text me before you call me. I don't answer for phone numbers I don't know. :)
